Turneffe Flats Deposit & Cancellation Policy:  A deposit equal to 25 percent of the pre-tax package price is required to confirm a reservation, and is due within two weeks of the booking date.  Deposits are refundable (minus a $100 handling fee per package) up to 90 days prior to the start of a trip. Within 90 days prior to the start of a trip, the deposit is not refundable for any reason unless we are able to re-sell your space. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure and is not refundable. No refunds are available for unused portions of packages. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
